Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Our wholesale pricing is available to builders, flooring installers, tradespeople, developers, and other industry professionals. Approval is required.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Simply complete our wholesale registration form and our team will review your application. Once approved, you’ll receive access to wholesale pricing and trade-only products.
Do I need an account to see wholesale prices?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved, logged-in trade customers.
Is there a minimum order value?
Minimum order values may apply to certain products or brands. These will be clearly shown before checkout.
Do you offer different pricing tiers or volume discounts?
Yes. Larger orders and regular trade customers may qualify for better pricing. Contact us to discuss your expected volumes.
Pricing & Payments
Are prices GST inclusive or exclusive?
All wholesale prices are shown GST inclusive. GST is clearly shown at checkout.
Can pricing change?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is subject to change based on supplier costs, availability, and currency fluctuations.
Do you price match?
We aim to offer highly competitive wholesale pricing. If you have a comparable quote, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?

Ordering & Stock
Is all stock shown online available immediately?
We rely on our suppliers to carry good stock levels of all products, but we cannot show live stock levels through our website.
There may be times when your product is out of stock, in this case we will contact you immediately with an expected date of availability. Refunds will be available if the product isn't available in the required timeframe.
Can I place large or project-based orders?
Yes. For multi-unit builds or large commercial projects, please contact us for lead times and project pricing.
Can I reserve stock?
Stock reservations may be possible for approved trade customers - contact us to discuss.
Pickup, Delivery & Handling
Do you offer delivery?
No, this is a pickup-only wholesale service. All orders are collected from our warehouse.
Is there a handling or warehouse fee?
Yes. A handling fee will apply to cover warehouse processing and loading costs. This will be clearly shown during checkout.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup options and addresses will be provided at checkout.
How long until my order is ready for pickup?
Most orders are ready within 2-4 business days, subject to stock availability. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes. Please ensure they have your order number and confirmation when collecting.
Product & Technical FAQs
Are your products suitable for DIY installation?
Our products are supplied wholesale and are intended for professional installation. Installation knowledge is assumed.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Manufacturer installation guides are available for most products.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Sample availability varies by product. Contact us for details.
How much flooring should I order?
We recommend allowing 10% extra for waste, cuts, and future repairs.
Are products batch-matched?
We strongly recommend ordering all flooring for a project in one order to avoid batch variation.
Returns, Claims & Warranty
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of wholesale flooring, returns are limited and subject to approval. Restocking fees may apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order on pickup. Any issues must be reported before you leave the warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any damages after you leave the property.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product.
Does the warranty cover installation issues?
No. Warranties do not cover incorrect installation, subfloor issues, incorrect floor preparation or site conditions.
